Every Koshnika saree is inspected before it leaves us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return window
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described.
How to raise a return
- Email hello.koshnika@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video.
- An unboxing video (recorded while opening the sealed parcel) is mandatory for all damage or wrong-item claims — this protects both you and us.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI to the details you share.
What isn’t covered
- Slight variations in colour or print — these are natural to textile printing and not defects.
- Damage from incorrect care. To keep your saree looking its best, please follow the care label — our sarees require gentle dry wash only.
- Items returned after the 48-hour window or without an unboxing video.
