Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?+
Browse our collection, select your saree, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and choose your payment method. You'll receive an order confirmation by email and SMS.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available at select pincodes and confirmed at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?+
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement - email hello.koshnika@gmail.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Is it safe to pay online?+
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Koshnika does not store your card or banking details.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across India?+
Yes, we ship pan-India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability.
How much does shipping cost?+
Free shipping on all orders across India - no minimum order value.
How long does delivery take?+
Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Tier 1 & 2 cities: 4-6 business days. Remote areas: 6-10 business days.
How do I track my order?+
You'll receive a tracking number by SMS and email once your order is dispatched - track it directly on the courier's website.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns for a wrong product delivered, a damaged or defective product, or significant colour variation. Returns are not accepted for change of mind. See our Return Policy.
Is an unboxing video required?+
Yes. An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests. It must show the sealed package before opening and the issue clearly. Returns without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
How do I raise a return request?+
Email hello.koshnika@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with subject line Return Request - [Order Number] and attach your unboxing video.
How long does a refund take?+
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of return approval. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer/UPI.
Can I exchange for a different saree?+
Yes, a one-time exchange is available subject to stock. Shipping charges for the exchange are borne by the customer.
Products & Fabric
Do all sarees come with a blouse piece?+
Yes. All Koshnika sarees include a matching blouse piece unless stated otherwise on the product page.
What is the saree length?+
All sarees are 5.5 metres plus a 0.8 metre blouse piece.
How do I care for my saree?+
All Koshnika sarees are dry wash only. Do not machine wash or bleach. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. See our Care Guide.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?+
We photograph all sarees under natural light to represent colours as accurately as possible. Minor variation between screen and fabric is normal and not grounds for return.
Which fabric is best for daily wear?+
Modal and Viscose are most popular for daily wear - lightweight, breathable and easy to drape. See our Fabric Guide.
Which fabric is best for summer?+
Modal and Bamboo Silk are the most breathable and skin-friendly options for warm weather.
Wholesale & Gifting
Do you offer wholesale?+
Yes, we supply to retailers and curated platforms. Email hello.koshnika@gmail.com with subject line Wholesale Enquiry.
Do you offer gift packaging?+
Yes. All sarees are dispatched in gift-ready packaging. For special gifting requests, mention it in the order notes at checkout.
