Please read carefully before placing an order.

Because sarees are occasion wear and vulnerable to misuse, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

  1. Return Eligibility Window

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags intact.

• Saree must not be draped, altered, ironed, or fall-stitched.

  1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To safeguard against damage and fraud:

• A continuous, uncut video of the full unboxing is mandatory.

• Video must clearly show:

  • Sealed outer package
  • Opening of package
  • Product inside
  • Close-up of issue, if any

Without this unboxing video, return or damage claims cannot be accepted.

This protects both you and us from courier damage disputes.

  1. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

• No unboxing video is provided

• Product is used, washed, perfumed, or stained

• Blouse stitching or fall/pico service has been done

• Minor color difference due to lighting or screen variation

• Delay in raising return request beyond 48 hours

  1. Refund Process

• Once approved and received in quality check, refund is processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds are made to original payment method.

• COD orders receive store credit unless otherwise approved.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Exchange Option

We encourage exchange over refund to reduce wastage and logistics impact.

  1. Quality Check

All returns undergo inspection.

If the product does not meet return conditions, it will be shipped back to the customer.
